Our free inspection is a preliminary assessment to identify potential leaks. It does not include invasive testing or detailed engineering reports. A full written report, valued at $297, is available and can be provided as part of the scope of works upon request in the next stage.
Any repair, waterproofing, or treatment works will be quoted separately and require written approval before commencement. Following your leak assessment, we will provide a detailed scope of works and a formal quotation should you wish for our licensed builders to carry out the repairs.
Guarantees apply only to completed work carried out by our licensed builders. They do not extend to pre-existing damage, unrelated building defects, or repairs attempted by others.
While every effort is made to provide accurate assessments, we accept no liability for consequential damages arising from leaks, water ingress, or structural issues unless expressly covered under a signed service agreement.
Inspection times are subject to availability. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee, and repeat bookings may be declined at our discretion.
